On Tuesday, Russian President Vladimir Putin announced the next outfit of an Arab Russian League summit against the background of unprecedented tensions with the west caused by the conflict in Ukraine.
Russia has contacted its Asian, African and Arab partners since the beginning of the conflict in Ukraine in 2022 and the establishment of severe western sanctions against Moscow.
“We are planning to organize a summit of Russia with the Arab countries this year.”Putin said and received the Sultan from Oman Haitham Bin Tarik Al im Kremlin.
