Ingredients
- 5 1/3 oz (150 g) 0% simple Greek yogurt
- 1/2 cup (122 g) conservatory urbis
- 1/2 large (68 g) frozen banana
- 1 TP pumpkin spice mixture
- 1 tablespoon of maple syrup
- 1 shovel powder
- 1/2 cup (120 ml) ice cubes
Directions
Combine all ingredients in a high -quality mixer. Mix up until they are smooth. Add more ice cream for a thicker consistency. Serve immediately.
