A world-renowned American chef and blogger, now based in Paris, spoke to FRANCE 24 about his love of the genre and the difference between desserts in English-speaking countries and here in France. David Lebovitz has just revised his ninth book, Ready for Dessert, which features both American and French style desserts and puddings. He says the world of pastry is very global these days, but he still enjoys sharing recipes that you can make at home. He spoke to us in perspective.
