Protein pizza biscuit
Ingredients:
- ¼ cup of fat -free yogurt
- ⅓ cup of monk fruit or stevia
- 2 tablespoons of sugar -free maple syrup
- 1 egg
- 2 scoops (60 g) whey powder powder
- ¼ cup of all -purpose flour
- 1 tablespoon of sugar -free chocolate chips
- 1 EBSP PBFIT
Directions:
- Heat the oven to 450 degrees.
- Stir in all ingredients.
- Place the dough in a small pan (6 inches) and then put it in the oven for 20 minutes.
- As soon as the pizza biscuit let cool, add an optional ball of ice cream. Enjoy!
