The Ministry of National Education, Preschool and Sport as well as the National Observatory for Human Development (ONDH) completed a partnership agreement to support the “Pioneer facilities” program during the 2024-2025 school year. The agreement was signed on Friday in Rabat by Minister Mohamed Saad Berrada and the President of Ondh Othman Gayer.
This agreement will contribute to the assessment, analysis and provision of data that are useful for the classification committee to assess the “Pioneer facilities” label. The initiative affects 2,000 primary schools, 512 attachments and 232 universities that have already participated in this process.
This program aims to promote integrative, fair and high-quality education with the strategic vision 2015-2030 and the Roadmap 2022-2026 online. He intends to reward the facilities that meet the criteria in relation to pedagogy, management and education innovation.
The label should make it possible to improve the learning conditions, to strengthen academic success and reduce failure. Through this partnership, the two institutions intend to give educational excellence in Moroccan public institutions a new impulse.
