Pineapple Turmeric Smoothie Bowl
Ingredients
- 1 5.3 oz. Container (143 g) of non-fat natural Greek yogurt
- 1 medium banana
- 1 cup (165 g) frozen pineapple chunks
- 1/2 tsp turmeric
- 1/8 tsp ground black pepper
- 2 tbsp chia seeds
- 2 scoops whey protein powder
- 1 cup ice cubes
- 1 1/2 cups unsweetened soy milk
- 1 cup (150 g) fresh raspberries for garnish
Directions
Place all ingredients in a high-speed blender and blend until smooth.
Pour 1 cup of smoothie into each bowl, then top each with 1/2 cup of raspberries.
