Pineapple Turmeric Smoothie Bowl

Ingredients

  • 1 5.3 oz. Container (143 g) of non-fat natural Greek yogurt
  • 1 medium banana
  • 1 cup (165 g) frozen pineapple chunks
  • 1/2 tsp turmeric
  • 1/8 tsp ground black pepper
  • 2 tbsp chia seeds
  • 2 scoops whey protein powder
  • 1 cup ice cubes
  • 1 1/2 cups unsweetened soy milk
  • 1 cup (150 g) fresh raspberries for garnish

Directions

Place all ingredients in a high-speed blender and blend until smooth.

Pour 1 cup of smoothie into each bowl, then top each with 1/2 cup of raspberries.
