The National Office of Airports (ONDA) generated sales of more than 5.4 billion DH in 2024 and rose by 14%compared to 2023.
Abdessamad Kayouh, who led the meeting, commented on the success and said that 2024 confirmed the financial robustness of the ONDA with high levels. This meeting knew the participation of the Minister of Industry and Trade, Ryad Mezzour, the Director of the National Agency for Strategic Management of the State Participations and the Monitoring of Services and Public Company (ANGSPE), Abdellatif Zaghnoun and DG from Onda, Adel El Fakir. It made it possible to return to the annual achievements and projects that are to be carried out in 2025, as well as the further development of projects as part of the strategy “Airports 2030”. In addition, the office arrested an investment budget of 13.2 billion DH to carry out the planned locations. This envelope is mainly dedicated to the expansion of airports in the 2030 World Cup cities, the construction of the new terminal at Casablanca Mohammed V Airport, the expansion of the airports in Tanger, Agadir, Fès and Marrakech and the completion of the new terminals in Rabat-Salé and Tétouan Saniat R’Melian.
In the past financial year, the office achieved an operational profit of 1.9 billion DH and 34%. “These services have improved the self -financing capacity of ONDA, which has reached 2.1 billion DH, to reach 8 %,” says sales of sales
In 2024, air traffic was 32.7 million DH, a record. This issues an increase of 21% in the annual shift. This strong increase was achieved in particular when the introduction of around twenty new international links, which combine Casablanca, Tanger, Tétouan and Marrakech with the most important European cities and the strengthening of domestic boundaries.
