Next stop: the results!

What distinguishes 25 minutes of speed train from other programs?

With targeted volume training, you do the exercises for a defined period of time instead of counting the samples. With this method you can follow your own rhythm and at the same time maintain good attitude. In the course of progress, the training sessions intensify with longer active intervals, an increased time and more composite movements.

This approach, which aims at the whole body, helps to prevent muscles and to promote permanent strength gains and to offer them a challenge that you can always improve. After your first 8 weeks, repeat the program to see how many rehearsals you can continue with even heavier weights!

What do the training sessions look like?

Joel has created a full 8 -week program that includes 48 unique training sessions and 2 recovery sessions that alternate every week. You train 7 days a week: 5 strength training sessions, 1 cardio and ABS meeting as well as 1 mobility and flexibility session. Each of the 25 -minute drive sessions aims at the upper body, the lower body, the stomach or the whole body. They will work at least twice a week, including the little ones, all of their muscle groups.
