The creation of Ismala SA is materialized, a company that is responsible for the administration of the institute and ISMALA extension specializing in aviation and airport logistics (ISMALA). The constitutive General Assembly of Ismala Sat on April 10 in Casablanca, in the Presence of Loubna Tricha, DG of the OFPPPT, Adil Jalali, President of the Group of Aeronautical and Space Moroccan Industries (Gimas) and Representatives of the Ministry Business, Employment and Skills, Economy and Finance and Industry and Industry and Industry and Industry and Industry and Industry and Industry and Trade.
The new type of government of Ismala SA, whose capital is owned by the Gimas and 49% of the OFPPT, aims to strengthen reactivity, even the proactivity of this training structure in view of the developments in the aviation ecosystem. It is part of a logic of the close participation of experts in the entire training process, in favor of a skills guaranteed for young people and the development of the aviation industry in our country. The Governance of Ismala SA ensures that 12 members, the OFPPT, the Gimas and the 3 affected ministries, represent 12 members.
The ISMALA SA 2025 campaign program provides for a number of actions that relate to the start of 4 qualified training courses in the MRO trades and 4 new ongoing training courses, the strengthening of the training authority and the provision of new equipment, which are able to guarantee unanimous learning of young people.
