However, they need a flawless finish to the league phase. Ancelotti will be looking to avoid a playoff place as it means adding two extra games to Madrid’s hectic schedule. These two games will be played on February 11, 12, 18 and 19, 2025.
Another big name that is more likely to miss out on a place in the knockout rounds or even the playoffs is French champions PSG. The Parisians are currently in 25th place in the league. However, they are just one point behind Dinamo Zagreb, who face Arsenal next. While PSG also face a tough test against Man City.
