OCP Green Water, a subsidiary of the OCP group dedicated to unconventional water, has just mobilized 6 billion dirham (approx. 620 million USD) from the CDG capital to finance the expansion of its desalination units.
This financing enables OGW to achieve an annual production capacity of 630 million m³ by 2030, which covers all needs of the OCP group and also contributes to water supply to narrow urban and agricultural areas.
This project is completely part of the sustainable water strategy of the group and the CDG obligation to support initiatives with a high impact on national water security.
