Novartis Pharma Maroc announced the appointment of Yahya Abdallah as chairman and Chief Executive Officer for the Morocco, Tunisia and Algeria (MTA).
In Casablanca, he will be responsible for monitoring the company’s strategic activities in these three countries, thus strengthening the commitment of Novartis for Health and Innovation.
With more than 20 years of experience in the pharmaceutical industry, Yahya Abdallah came to Novartis in 2011 and held several key positions, especially at the top of the teams of commercial excellence and public affairs in the Middle East. The appointment takes place at a time when important reforms of the health system in Morocco are aimed at ensuring fair access to health services to all citizens.
