Kim did not take the accident easy and went so far to call him a criminal actto KcNa.
“We did not judge the accident as a simple mistake, but as an unprecedented, serious criminal act that lowered the dignity and self -esteem of our state at a moment and examined the basic cause of the accident in a comprehensive manner,” said Kim.
