There will be no NHL all-star game this season. In its place the league holds the 4 nationsA one -week international best tournament with players who represent the USA, Canada, Sweden and Finland. Each team will play the other three teams in a round-robin format, and then the two best teams meet in a game with a game.

The puck will soon fall on the game that everyone in North America has been waiting for. The USA and Canada Clash Tonight at 8 p.m. ET (5 p.m. PT) on ABC and ESPN Plus.

4 nations face-off-TV time plan

The 4 nations face-off tournament takes place in Boston and Montreal. The first four games of the tournament are played in the Bell Center in Montreal, and the last two round-robin games and the championship index are played in the TD Garden in Boston.

  • Canada against Finland: 1 p.m. on TNT and Max
  • Sweden to the USA: 8 p.m. on TNT and Max

Thursday, February 20th

  • Championship game: 8 p.m. on ESPN and ESPN Plus

In Canada, games in English are broadcast on Sportsnet (SN) and in French on TVA Sports (TVAS).

How to follow the 4 nations without cable

Four of the five large live TV streaming services are ABC, ESPN and TNT (all except Fubo) for all seven tournament games.

You can also use the ESPN Plus and Max Streaming services to follow each of the seven games, with four games (including the championship) Streaming on ESPN Plus and the other three streaming to max.

Sling TV/Cnet

You can see four of the seven tournament games on ESPN Plus. It will be the game in the USA-FINANL on Thursday, February 13th, both games on Saturday, February 15th and the championship game on Thursday, February 20 on ABC or ESPN.

Max/Warner Bros. Discovery/James Martin

Max will only show three of the seven tournament games. You can stream three round-robin games, but need ESPN or ESPN Plus for the championship and the other three round-robin games. It is a good addition if you have an ESPN Plus subscription and want to stream every game of the tournament. The three games on Max are also shown on TNT.
