The collaboration between the university between Morocco and France is preparing for a new step. This was communicated on Tuesday in Rabat Valérie Pécresse, President of the Île-de-France region, after a meeting with the Minister of University Azzedine El Midaoui.
The discussions focused on the energy of partnerships between Moroccan universities and those of the Île-de-France region, the first student region of Europe, which already welcomes many Moroccan students and researchers.
The minister emphasized that this meeting in October was an expansion of the visit of the French President in Morocco. Several areas of cooperation should be carried out shortly, including academic mobility and expert exchange.
A new decree, which was recently published in the official bulletin, simplifies this cooperation: The Moroccan students in France will now be freed from the equivalence process. This measure aims to facilitate the exchange and to strengthen the academic connections between the two countries.
