Rabat – The Moroccan government council met today to review two international agreements, and a related draft law, which was submitted by the Foreign Minister Nasser Bourita.
The first agreement, which was signed in Cotonou last year on February 15, focuses on working between Morocco and Benin in fishing and aquaculture. The Council also checked the law No. 15.24 of the law, which according to the government spokesman Mustapha Baitas.
This deal aims to cooperate in maritime Training, scientific research, monitoring fishing, fish processing industry and development of aquaculture. It includes joint programs for training, specialist knowledge and study visits to evaluate the maritime education system of every country.
The second agreement increases the cooperation between Morocco and Angola In university formation, scientific research and innovation. It promotes academic exchange, the mobility of the faculty and the development of skills through short -term training programs. The agreement also promotes the exchange of knowledge about the design of curricula and the establishment of university facilities.
In addition, the government council adopted a draft of the decrees to expand the Tangier Tech Free Export Zone, which was presented by the Minister of Industry and Handel Ryad Mezzour.
DEKET No. 2.25.150 changes Deket No. 2.19.345 of May 24, 2019, which originally set the free export zone.
The expansion extends the Tangier Tech Industrial Acceleration Zone to the municipalities of Laaouama and SBT Zinat in the Prefecture Tanger-Assilah in the Tanger-Touan-Al Hceima region.
