Rabat – Foreign Minister Nasser Bourita met today in Rabat with Caleb Fundanga, the special envoy of the Sambian President Hachilema.

Fundanga delivered a written message from President Hichilema to King Mohammed VI, which reflects the ongoing cooperation between the two countries.

Samuel Munzele Maimbo, a member of the Sambian delegation, described the message as part of the efforts to strengthen the strong relationships between Morocco and Sambia.

He noticed the deep appreciation of President Hichilema for the commitment of King Mohammed VI for strengthening Bilateral relationships.

The meeting, in which Eliphas J. Chinyonga, head of the Sambiian diplomatic mission in Morocco, took part, offered the opportunity to discuss opportunities to deepen cooperation.

Maimbo emphasized the importance of the ongoing dialogue and found that Morocco and Sambia have a joint vision for the development of Africa.

“The focus of this cooperation is an open exchange of ideas on how to drive the continent ahead,” he said.

Morocco extends its diplomatic and economic partnerships in Africa, with the focus on working in key sectors such as trade, infrastructure and renewable energies.

Through strategic agreements and the high exchange, the country strengthens its role as A Bridge for regional development.

The commitment of the North African country for mutual growth and stability is a broader vision of African solidarity that positions Morocco as an important player for the design of a more connected and more successful future for the region.
