Morning training for the heat – Bionicoldguy

We are currently making a warm snapshot, not too extreme, but it reaches high in the 90s f (33 C or so). This happens in the afternoon and remains much cooler in the morning. So I did my entire strength training and drove earlier. I had several good trips, including in the hills east of Gilroy and Out and back in the Coyote Lake RD with my Tuesday group. I am pleased that I am able to carry out longer trips on my upright Si -Joint or Ischias problems, including longer on the pedal. I also put on a few longer cruises.

As I mentioned a few weeks ago, I concentrate on the “basic training” while driving and increased the volume a little. I did a few trips of 3 1/2 to 4 hours and decided that I no longer cross 3 hours (which I do now), so I cut back a bit. But I still get a lot enough to build a base. I’ll stop it for a few more weeks and then repeat them MAF test To see if my aerobic function improves.
