More than 100,000 flood of London Streets for right -wing extremists “Connect the kingdom” March

A London march organized by the right -wing extremist activist Tommy Robinson attracted more than 100,000 people and became restless on Saturday when a small group of his followers kicked out with police officers who separated from counter -protesters.

Several officers were beaten, stepped and hit by bottles, which were thrown by people on the edge of the rally “Unite the Kingdom”, the Metropolitan Police said. Reinforcements with helmets and Riot Shields were used to support over 1,000 officers.

At least nine people were arrested, but the police stated that many other criminals had been identified and were held accountable.

The police estimated that Robinson pulled around 110,000 people, while the rival “March against Fascism” organized from standing on racism had about 5,000 marchers.

Robinson, whose real name is Stephen Yaxley-Lennon, founded the nationalist and anti-Islamic English defense league and is one of the most influential right-wing extremities in the UK.

The march was invoiced as a demonstration to support the freedom of speech-with a large part of the rhetoric of influencers and several right-wing extremist politicians from all over Europe, which were largely aimed at the dangers of migration, a problem to control a large part of the continent.

“We are both exposed to the same process of the great replacement of our European people by peoples from the south and Muslim culture, they and we are colonized by our former colonies,” said Eric Zemmour, right -wing extremist French politician Eric Zemmour.

Elon Musk, the CEO of Tesla and owner of the X-platform, who has thrown several times this year into British politics, was set up by videos and the left-wing British government was condemned.

“It is something beautiful to be British, and what I see here is a destruction of Great Britain, initially a slow erosion, but rapidly increasing erosion of the UK with massive uncontrolled migration,” he said.

Robinson told the crowd in a hoarse voice that migrants now had more rights than the “British public, the people who built this nation”.

The marches come at a time when the United Kingdom was shared by debates about migrants who cross the English Channel in overcrowded inflatable boats to come ashore without permission.

This summer, numerous anti-migrant protests were held this summer, which was convicted after the arrest of an Ethiopian man who was later convicted of sexual attack by a 14-year-old girl in a suburb of London. Some of these protests became violent and led to arrests.

The participants of the march “Unite the Kingdom” wore the red and white flag of St. George of England and the Union Jack, the United Kingdom’s state flag, and sang “We want our country back”.

This summer, the British flags increased this summer – at events and in village piles – this summer, in which some said it was a show by National Pride, and others said a tendency towards nationalism.

Pendant kept signs with the inscription “Stop the boats”, “send them home”, and “enough is enough, save our children.”

In the opposite protest, the lot of signs with the inscription “Welcome” and “Smash the Grace Right” contained “Stand Up, Fight Back”.

Robinson supporters sang crude oil losses about the British Prime Minister Keir Starrer, the chairman of the Center-Linker Labor Party, and also called for messages to support the murdered US conservative activist Charlie Kirk.

Several spokesmen paid tribute to Kirk, who was remembered in a moment of silence, followed by a bagpipe game Amazing grace.

One demonstrator kept a sign with the inscription: “Freedom of speech is dead. Rip Charlie Kirk.”

The crowd stretched over the river at a point from Big Ben and around the corner beyond the Waterloo station, a distance of about one kilometer.

The marches were mostly peaceful, but against the late afternoon the followers “Unite the Kingdom” threw objects on the rival rally and tried to break barriers to separate the groups, the police said. Officers had to apply violence to prevent a fence from being violated.

Counter-protesters hugged a man with blood who was cut down his face and accompanied by the police by the Robinson supporter group. It was not immediately clear what had happened to him.

While the crowd was large, it stayed far behind the largest youngest marches when a Pro-Palestinian rally pulled an estimated 300,000 people in November 2023.

Robinson had planned a “Unite The Kingdom” rally last October, but was unable to participate after he had been imprisoned for violating a Court of Justice of 2021, which had violated him before the repetition of defamatory allegations against a Syrian refugee who successfully sued him. Previously, he was prison period for assault and mortgage fraud.
