We had summer weather again this week, not bad, heights in the high 80s and low 90s F (approx. 31-34 ° C), but these were later a day, so that morning driving is still pleasant. And it’s nice that it cools down to sleep at night. I carried out several nice long trips, including in the hills and three arm cycling workouts together with two days of the upper body thickness with resistance straps. Yesterday my group drove the country roads through San Martin to Gilroy on the east side and on the foothills east of Gilroy. It just got hot when we ended the journey, so we were happy about the air conditioning when we stopped lunch.
At the entrance to the Paradise Valley at the southern end of the Oak Glen Ave.on MondayIn deliveries east of Gilroy on the Bridle Path Drive with my group. This is the journey on which we visited Aladdin The Kamel, but he and his family have moved. We still make the route for the sake of old times.
