The Lions have a big game next week against the Vikings that will decide the NFC North title and first place in the conference, which includes a bye in the first round of the playoffs and home-field advantage during the playoffs. But before the Lions host the Vikings, they must travel west to San Francisco for a largely meaningless game against the 49ers. The Niners are out of the playoffs and a win or loss tonight doesn’t change the stakes for the Lions next week against the Vikings. But hey, it’s the last Monday Night Football game of the year!
