Prime Minister Sir Keir Starrer said that military planning to protect Ukraine’s potential ceasefire changes after a virtual meeting with 29 other world leaders to a “operating phase”.
The military leaders will gather in Great Britain on Thursday “to create strong and robust plans to vibrate behind a peace agreement and to guarantee the future security of Ukraine,” said Sir Keir.
The meeting is followed by Ukraine, which after discussions with the United States, a 30-day ceasefire. Russian President Vladimir Putin said he agreed to the idea, but placed a number of prerequisites for peace.

Military chiefs will meet this week to promote “practical plans” how their military can support Ukraine, said Sir Keir.
