Midelt: A caïd suspended for alleged corruption

A caïd in Midelt province has been suspended for his alleged involvement in a corruption case.

As part of its daily monitoring of the performance of public officials and its concern to ensure compliance with the ethical rules of public service, the Ministry of the Interior has ordered the suspension of a Caïd at the provincial level of Midelt, against the background of the initiation of a judicial investigation under the supervision of the competent authorities Public prosecutors over his alleged involvement in a corruption case, according to a press release from the ministry.
