Today I share a milk -free and gluten -free recipe for Mediterranean egg stitches. Try this out as a protein meal preparation option!
Hey Hey! How is the week going? I hope you have a great one so far! As always, it was busy – but I’m looking forward to a weekend fun with the crew. 🙂
For today’s post I am very happy to share a recipe that we have all enjoyed recently: Mediterranean egg bites. I made a batch as part of the meal preparation and they made it fantastic quickly Breakfast And Lunchtime Issue brackets. (I also love her in a Siete Mandel flour!) In addition, you freeze beautifully and the children also love them.
(I would be happy to say that Maisey didn’t try it, but she might have stolen one or four of the worktop.)
When I have a hearty and protein -rich breakfast, I feel more satisfied all morning and don’t have the feeling that I long for sweets or sugar all day. In fact, this is a great meal idea for Metabolic flexibility. And you could simply enjoy the egg stitches first before going to fruit or oatmeal as a full breakfast.

Tips for freezing egg muffins
– Make sure you let cool completely before freezing. As soon as you have reached the room temperature, carefully remove it from the muffin form and put it in a re -lockable Ziploc bag before freezing.
– To warm up, just put them on a glass pane and then the microwave for about 20 seconds.
How to adapt egg stitches
– This recipe is super flexible and, depending on the preferences of your family, easily adapted.
– Then you can add basil, mushrooms, broccoli, peppers or everything you like! Just make sure you have 2/3 cup of add-in ingredients. Otherwise, the ratio of eggs to add to the ingredients.
– If you don’t have a Parmesan and want to use another cheese, try adding 1/3 cup of feta. I did not use the Violife Feta in this recipe before it gets a little watery when baking.
Another tip:
You can use Muffin -Zinn -Liner, but I think it tends to make them a little wet with egg stings. The best method I tried is to use a greased muffin form and let you cool down before serving.
