A total of 22 women from different departments benefited from an immersive and transformer course this year. These employees have thus examined six strategic topics: emotional experience, income optimization, sustainability and commitment of the community, financial health, digital acceleration and the emotional commitment of the teams. “This program is a real lever for evolution. Note that the Mazagan Academy is expanding the initiative by starting a 3rd edition, which are devoted to more than 300 employees who occupy the statutes of Agent and Supervisor.
