Mauricio Umansky REVEALS How Bravo Is Destroying Marriages!

Published on Real Housewives of Beverly Hills since its founding in 2010, Mauricio has endured the ups and downs of life in the public eye. From denying affair rumors to merciless scrutiny of fame, Mauricio has often been outspoken about the challenges of maintaining a marriage in the spotlight.
At a recent appearance on Bravo’s hot mic On his podcast, he shared insight into the impact reality TV can have on relationships and admitted that many of his castmates’ marriages failed during his 14 years on the show.
“Couples (on the show) watch each other and end up thinking. You see what their real relationship looks like. Mauricio explained.
He noted that many couples go to bed before filming with a “perception” of their relationship that isn’t entirely accurate. But once they are confronted with footage of their lives, they are “confronted with the truth” and gain a perspective that is difficult to reconcile.
“Once you become aware of it, it becomes part of reality,” he said, pointing out how self-awareness can transform relationships. Despite it, Mauricio was quickly acquitted Bravo any responsibility in his own separation from Kyle.
“I can tell you that my perspective is not what happened (in our marriage),” he stressed. “I think we had a great (marriage) and we survived this thing.”
