Mango mandarin protein shake with turmeric
Ingredients
- 1 cup unsweetened almond milk
- 2 scoops vanilla protein powder
- 1.5 cups frozen mango
- 1 1/4 cups (306 g) 0% plain Greek yogurt
- 1 tsp ground turmeric
- 1 cup (200 g) tangerine pieces, reserving 8 pieces for garnish
Directions
Place the almond milk, protein powder, mango, yogurt, turmeric and tangerine pieces (8 pieces) in a high-powered blender. Mix until a smooth and creamy mixture is formed.
Divide the smoothie into two glasses. Garnish with tangerine pieces, either skewered on 5-inch skewers or placed on top of the smoothie.
