The Moroccan capital market authority (AMMC) announced the registration of the company “Majorelle Capital Sarl” as a financial investor (CIF) of April 4, 2025 this Friday.
This company will be authorized to exercise consulting and support activities in financial management and financial technology, especially for organizations that use public savings. It will also be able to intervene in public savings, the Council for IPOS and the support after the reduction.
