Luigi Mangione was turned over to the New York Police Department in Pennsylvania and returned to New York to be charged with the murder of UnitedHealthcare CEO Brian Thompson. He has already been charged with murder and terrorism; Federal prosecutors have now added additional federal charges, including murder and stalking.
