The marketing of the LQLIAA Logistics Zone south of Agadir will start shortly, announced the Minister of Transport and Logistics Abdessamad Kayouh on Friday in Agadir. This project is the first implementation of the priority program of the Moroccan Logistics Development Agency (AMDL) until 2028.

With an area of 45 hectares, this area has mobilized a public investment of 350 mdh and should generate more than 2,500 direct and indirect jobs, with added value of 2 billion dirhams per year. It is asked to become a strategic logistics center with a modern infrastructure that meets the needs of business operators.

This project is part of the national strategy of logistical competitiveness and the Atlantic Royal Initiative with the ambition to vote the kingdom with 750 hectares with logistics zones by 2028. The minister praised the logistical dynamics of the souss massa region, supported by its infrastructure, the industrial projects and their positioning between the north and the south of the country.
