I’ve started increasing the length of some of my rides, which is well tolerated as long as I don’t push too hard. When the weather is nice, it’s really relaxing and pleasant. Last Tuesday we had a group ride that started out cold and foggy. I was surprised at how many people showed up all bundled up. But after driving for about half an hour it was over and it was a great day of riding. A friend told me that this persistent cold fog we had only occurred inland and it was sunnier along the coast. On Wednesday I had another nice long ride along the Coyote Creek Trail.
