The agreement was concluded between the Ministry of Youth, Culture and Communication, the Ministry of Regional Planning, Urban Planning and Housing As well as the Al Omrane Group.

Thanks to this agreement, young people with the “Junge Pass”, who lives in Morocco or abroad, can benefit from a reduction in real estate projects from the Al Omrane Group (Apartments and Land) with an additional discount. In the event of an advertising offer. These discounts can range from 15,000 dirham to more than 100,000 dirham, which enables their access to the property.

The initiative is not limited to living space: internship opportunities within the Al Omrane Group are also offered young people so that they can gain work experience and better integrate into the labor market. In addition, innovation competitions are organized to encourage young people to offer creative solutions in the area of ​​housing construction.

This program is part of an integrated state strategy that aims to support young Moroccans in various aspects by offering them advantages for living space, employment and training. The projects affected by this offer are distributed in several regions and provinces of the kingdom, including in particular in Casablanca, Rabat, Fez, Meknès, Oujda, Laâyoune, Al Hceima and Tétouan.
