Liverpool and Tottenham are about to renew their acquaintance at the scene of one of the most entertaining Premier League games of the season.
The Reds won 6-3 when the teams met at the Tottenham Hotspur Stadium in the top flight on December 8, and Spurs manager Ange Postecoglou may not be happy about another meeting with the league leaders as his squad is in the first leg of the EFL Cups exhausted is semifinals.

Liverpool are EFL Cup holders and hot favorites to win the title. This would give Slot his first title since joining from Feyenoord before the start of the season.
The ten-time champions of the competition won at home against West Ham and away against Brighton & Hove Albion and Southampton to reach this stage. He is unbeaten in 22 games on 14 since the Premier League home defeat to Nottingham Forest in September.

As twelfth in the Premier League, Tottenham won by a goal at second division club Coventry City and at home against Manchester City and Manchester United and reached the Final Four.
The second leg takes place at Anfield on February 6 (20:00 GMT). If the overall score is even, there will be extra time, no away goals rule and, if necessary, penalties.
The final will take place on March 16th at Wembley Stadium.
