KALLE SAUERLAND calls on fans to join him in the third season of the World Boxing Super Series. The organizer hopes the new season will begin with “between one and three” weight classes in the first half of 2021.
Sauerland, who is in the early stages of planning, said Boxing News that there are currently five potential tournaments in play: Heavyweight; Light-heavyweight; Middleweight; Fly/super flyweight; And Women’s Super Featherweight.
The next stage of development is about assessing exactly what the fans want. Once he has this information, he will formulate his proposal and present it to the WBSS Board.
“It is more important than ever that the fans get their voice,” explained Sauerland BN. “Tell me what you want. Don’t worry about politics, organizers and broadcasters, or what fights are already in the planning stages. We have already overcome significant obstacles and will continue to do so.
“Call me the Bob Geldof of boxing!”
“Look, I’m a statistician and there’s one thing that works for me. It’s not complicated: there’s a calculation that everyone should think about: the best against the best gives a high probability of a damn good crack!”
