Justin Baldoni smiles for photos with fans amid $400 million lawsuit against Blake Lively

It seems so Justin Baldoni doesn’t get too upset about the competing lawsuit he and he have Blake Lively have discussed the set drama “It Ends With Us”.

While the “Gossip Girl” star accused the director of sexual harassment and launched a smear campaign to ruin her career, he accused her of trying to wrest creative control of the film from him and the cast and crew with fabricated claims to isolate.

Although some pretty shocking claims and alleged text messages made it to the media due to her court filings, Baldoni didn’t seem too worried as he started the new year on a trip to Maui with his family.

On Saturday, Justin Baldoni was leaving a store in Maui when he was stopped by a group of fans who asked the actor for pictures. He seemed only too happy to do so as he posed for photos in shorts, a T-shirt and a black baseball cap.

In one of the photos he can be seen smiling next to a girl. He has his arm around her as he leans in for the photo, but it’s clear he’s not touching her or actually making contact. Given the sexual harassment allegations Lively has made against him, it seems he’s doing everything he can to maintain a squeaky clean image in light of the lawsuit.

In her lengthy lawsuit, “The Shallows” actress accused Baldoni of showing her nude photos of other women and discussing his alleged addiction to pornography. She also claims that he talked about his intimate encounters with other women and his body shaming on the set of It Ends With Us. She sued him for mental anguish and emotional distress.

Baldoni and his production studio Wayfarer Studios countered with their own lawsuit against Lively and her husband, the “Deadpool” star Ryan Reynolds. He accused Lively and her publicist Leslie Sloane of trying to ruin his career with a sexual harassment lawsuit. He also claims that she tried to wrest control of the film away from him.

The drama surrounding the lawsuits has taken an interesting turn. Alleged text messages in Baldoni’s $400 million lawsuit allege that Lively compared herself to the “Game of Thrones” character and insisted that she had two “dragons” at her disposal – her husband and the pop sensation Taylor Swift.

In the alleged text message exchange received from People Baldoni told her that he “really loved what she did with the film” and that her changes made it “so much funnier and more interesting.” However, he said that he “would have felt that way without Ryan and Taylor” and suggested that they pressured him to accept their changes.

Lively’s alleged text read: “I happen to have a few dragons. For better or worse, but usually for better. Because my dragons also protect those I fight for. So we all really benefit from my beautiful monsters.” (Smiley face emoji) You will too, I can promise you that.

According to the Daily MailA source close to the “Bad Blood” singer is “unclear” about why she was named in the court documents.

“Taylor is proud of the film because her music was featured in it, which gave her a sense of involvement even though she wasn’t fully aware of the extent of the project’s development,” the insider shared.

They went on to say that their relationship with Lively was “pure friendship, with no interest in influencing or controlling Blake’s projects.”

According to the source, Swift wasn’t even planning on attending the meeting but just happened to show up at her friend’s house when the meeting took place. The insider went on to say that the pop star “finds Justin’s interpretation of the encounter confusing and those close to her suspect she is being drawn into the situation to target Blake.”

“This was the first time Taylor met Justin,” they continued. “She had no idea who he was and Taylor was just being polite. She was polite to him as she is to everyone she meets.”
