Jen Tran And Sasha Farber may not be ready to define their contribution.Dancing with the stars relationship, but they got in touch her 27th birthday with style.
“It ended up being a really fun night, just surrounded by everyone who has supported me over the last year, like producers of different shows I’ve been on, friends and everything,” Tran shared exclusively Us weekly at the 22nd Annual Unforgettable Gala on Saturday. “It was so perfect.”
Tran also revealed that Farber, 40, “got some really great birthday presents” for the occasion.
“I’ll let him tell it, but he’s very, very kind and considerate,” Tran teased.
The party, which took place earlier this month, wasn’t just Tran and the choreographer.
“I’m not going to lie to you, I invited a lot of new friends that I met in LA and I wasn’t sure if anyone would come,” she joked Us. “Being very new to LA, I didn’t know that everyone was late. So for the first hour and a half it was me, Sasha, my brother (James), And Maks (Chmerkovskiy) And Map (Murgatroyd). I thought, “Guys, this is it.” There are five of us. No one else is coming.’ And then around 8:30 a.m., everyone came at once, but, oh my God, I was annoyed. I thought, ‘What have I done? Nobody cares.’”
Trans’s guest list also included several members of Bachelor Nation, including Jonathan Johnson, Austin Da and more.
The youngest Bachelorette and Farber met for the first time in September hours before DWTS Season 33 cast reveal. “We really connect well on a deeper level,” Tran said Us on Saturday. “I think it’s been pretty obvious since then Our first meeting at the airport and how crazy it was. We were able to click so quickly and I think that really carried us through the time we got to know each other because we were always on the same page.”
Since packing DWTSTran was crashed onto Farber’s couch.
“All I can say is that he was a really great roommate. He’s the best roommate I’ve ever had,” she said. “He cooks, he cleans, he has two great (dogs) that I can pet all day. It was really amazing.”
Tran didn’t address her relationship status and remained tight-lipped about whether she and Farber would get in touch Holiday time together.
“We’re not so sure yet,” she said. “I will return to Boston See my family. I haven’t seen her in so long and yeah, so we’ll see.”
Before Tran’s trip back east, she attended the 22nd annual Unforgettable awards ceremony to celebrate the community’s successes.
“I honestly feel so honored and grateful to be here, to be invited and to be in this place where I can be so inspired and in the midst of such greatness,” Tran said the first Asian American lead role des Bachelor Franchise, told Us. “This is the moment I’ve been waiting for, and the whole year has been so crazy for me, but to be able to be here and celebrate my culture and other people’s cultures, just surrounded by my family, is incredible.”
