INSEA: Publication of the 60th promotion
The National Institute of Statistics and Applied Economics (INSEA) organized a graduation ceremony in Rabat on Saturday to celebrate the 165 winners of its 60th year (2023-2024). According to management, the institution recorded an exceptional success rate (96%) in the academic year in question. The new winners are spread across six specialist areas: “Applied Statistical Economics”, “Statistical Demography”, “Operational Research and Decision Support”, “Actuarial Science-Finance”, “Data and Software Engineering” and “Data Science”. ”
On this occasion, the High Commissioner for Planning, Chakib Benmoussa, congratulated the winners and their parents for their efforts and commitment, emphasizing that this annual ceremony took place “illustrates INSEA’s remarkable achievements achieved thanks to the dedication of its faculty, students and administration.”.
Since its founding in 1961, INSEA has played a key role in the training and qualification of engineers, he stressed, pointing out that the institute has trained many professionals who occupy key positions in public administration, the private sector and civil society Contributions to this would have extended beyond the national sphere.
Benmoussa also pointed out that the strategic reforms implemented by INSEA, particularly with regard to digitalization, have allowed it to strengthen its national and international influence and establish itself as a key player in higher education.
