Income in foreign currencies: The DGI sets the exchange rate for 2024

The General Directorate of Taxes (DGI) has just decided on the basis for converting income into foreign currencies for 2024. The exchange rate is 10,756 DH for 1 euro, 9,959 for 1 US dollar, 12,733 for 1 pound sterling and 11,295 for 1 Swiss franc, specifies the DGI in a resolution addressed to regional, provincial and prefectural directors and interprefectural, regional and provincial department heads, sub-department heads and sector heads. Note that this exchange rate is published every year in the same period in order to determine the taxable base of foreign source income in dirhams received in the previous financial year.
