In pictures…the opening of new nearby playgrounds in Ain Chock
After repairs and restoration, Ain Chock District now has new stadiums ready to accommodate the region’s talents and youth.
Al-Sabah witnessed the opening last weekend of four of the 20 stadiums included in the repair program, a gesture that was appreciated by the people of the region who were impatiently waiting for the reopening of these stadiums.
By opening these playgrounds, the current electoral mandate has brought back to life the majority of neighborhood playgrounds in the region, namely four playgrounds per year, especially those that benefit clubs that have exceeded the threshold of one hundred beneficiaries.
The prepared stadiums were distributed in Sidi Maarouf, Ain Shaq, Sidi Masoud, Hebron and Maknesa.
The next phase will also include repairs to nearby stadiums that have deteriorated and new stadiums will be completed later in the current term.
The region’s leaders attach great importance to this issue, especially due to the importance of these sports facilities and the abundance of talent in the Ain Al-Check region, which requires the provision of adequate sports infrastructure.
The sports associations in the region have a record number of members compared to the rest of the region, which shows the importance of these projects.
