In a feather-like weather, drive bionicoldguy

We were lucky enough to have beautiful weather since our last series of rainstorms. It was cool, but clear and sunny. These are delightful conditions in which you can drive. Last Tuesday, my group made a trip to the southwest of Morgan, the Day Road and then to the end of the Redwood Retreat Road and over the hill on the Sycamore Road on the way back. Great trip, but I forgot to charge one of my batteries. So I had to maintain my individual battery and mainly used them to keep up with the group in the areas. On the apartments and descents it was only leg power. This was a quick challenge for me, but still pleasant. Tuesday usually applies to me, but I have newly classified this as a hard day!

After that, I had three days slightly trips, as there was also strength training on Thursday. Then on Saturday I made myself 2:45 hours with intervals and sprints at the end. I was tired afterwards, but I recovered well. I can get away with two hard trips and two workouts in the upper body strength per week and still collide back. Yesterday was a simple recovery trip of 75 minutes, very relaxing. I plan to enjoy this further until the rain comes back, which seems to be in early March.

Yesterday- El Toro from the northeast (on Lagas Road)
