After completing a challenge like our Spring Slim Down Challenge 😉 it can be easy to lose momentum and fall back into old habits. But don’t worry, there are plenty of ways to stay motivated and keep up the momentum so you can continue achieving the goals you’ve worked so hard for!
1. Maintain your MOVE app training
Our MOVE app is a great tool to help you keep training even after the challenge is over. You have a complete training plan and all videos in the video library to choose from, so you’ll never get bored while training!
2. Stay connected to your accountability group
Checking in with your accountability group will keep you on track and stay motivated. Share your progress, challenges and successes with your group to keep each other accountable even when the challenge is over!
3. Stick to a healthy eating plan
Your workout will be much more effective if you combine it with a healthy eating plan. So be careful not to lapse and fall back into junk food habits. They always exist better and tasty exchange that are easy to make!
