Hospitality: Bugshan Morocco Holding will open an AC by Marriott Hotel in Casablanca in 2026

Bugshan Morocco Holding, a key player in several sectors of activity in Morocco, including the automotive industry, will open an AC by Marriott Hotel in Casablanca (Ain Diab) in 2026. This hotel complex, whose construction has begun on the Corniche d’Ain Diab, mobilizes a total investment of 300 million DH. This project is part of a dynamic of modernization and beautification of this emblematic area of the economic capital of Morocco, to which the group wants to contribute in anticipation of the strategic deadlines that will host the Kingdom (CDM 2030), says the statement group.

The complex will include a 4-star hotel with 127 rooms and suites combining comfort, modernity and sophistication. Work began in December 2023 and the opening is scheduled for the end of 2026.

To mark the opening, Bugshan Morocco signed a management agreement with Marriott International, Inc. “This partnership offers a guarantee of high standards of quality and excellence”the group is happy. Note that this project allows the creation of 100 direct and indirect jobs. The design of the project was entrusted to the architect Archguess, who designed a “modern, eco-friendly and perfectly integrated” space.
