High Authority for Health: A draft decree approved by the Government Council

The Government Council approved on Thursday in Rabat the draft Decree No. 2.24.642 implementing the provisions of Article 32 of Law No. 07.22 on the creation of the High Authority for Health.

This draft decree, presented by the Minister of Health and Social Protection, Amine Tahraoui, aims to implement the provisions of Law No. 07.22 on the creation of the High Authority for Health, created to consecrate the Royal High Testament to revise the national health system and promote the new approach aimed at consolidating the governance of the health sector in accordance with the basic principles established in the Framework Law No. 06-22 on the System National Health, explained the for the Ministerial delegate in charge of relations with Parliament, government spokesman Mustapha Baitas, during a press conference following the Council.

The text, according to the minister, aims to apply the provisions of Article 32 of Law No. 07.22, which refers to a joint decision of the two authorities responsible for finance and health to establish the list of real and movable property, which is made available to the High Authority of Health by the State and which is necessary for the performance of its functions, as well as the list of movable and immovable assets belonging to the health insurance of the National Authority of Health, without compensation and in full ownership to the High transferred to the health authority.
