Growth: BKGR forecasts

BMCE Capital Global Research (BKGR) has given its growth forecasts for the current year. Analysts expect economic growth of 3.9% for 2025.

In its report “Annual Strategy 2024-2025”, the BKGR expects growth of 3.9% in 2025 in its central scenario, “mainly driven by the significant change in value creation”.

In this report, BKGR examines Bank Al-Maghrib’s economic prospects for Morocco, which appear significantly more optimistic for the coming years, with growth forecasts of 3.6% in 2025 and 3.9% in 2026, respectively, despite the uncertainties in of agriculture.

These forecasts reflect the resilience of the Moroccan economy and its ability to overcome exogenous shocks, supported by an ambitious strategy and appropriate structural reforms. Economic activity appears more poised than ever to return to a dynamic of sustainable growth, reflecting renewed confidence among economic and institutional actors.
