Last Tuesday, my group made a long journey in the hills west of Morgan Hill. At the end of the Casa Loma Road we went around the Chesbro reservoir and in the Open Space Rancho Canada del Oro. We returned along the Uvas Road past the Uvas reservoir. It was a nice sunny day, but cold, especially in the shade. A warm lunch in our local deli was then estimated. One of our riding buddies fights with a health challenge and could not drive with us for a few weeks. We were happy that he and his wife could come to us for lunch.
It was also nice to get in this week and a few other beautiful trips. The party is over for the next few days. We start the first of many rainstorms in a row off the coast, a phenomenon called the “atmospheric flow”. It makes driving less pleasant, but the precipitation will be welcome.
