Green Mango Kale Protein Shake

Ingredients

  • 2 cups (490 g) 0% natural Greek yogurt
  • 1 cup (150 g) chopped mango, frozen
  • 1 medium banana, frozen
  • 3 cups (75 g) kale, stemmed and shredded
  • 2 tbsp (21 g) chia seeds
  • 2 scoops of protein powder

Directions

Place the yogurt, then the mango, banana and kale in a blender. Close the lid and blend downwards as needed until very smooth. Add chia seeds and protein powder and mix.
Pour into two glasses and serve.
