The chairman of the chairman of Crédit Agricole Du Maroc (Cam), Mohamed Fikrat, underlined the crucial role in the financial sector as a catalyst for the transformation of Agrofortry.
On the occasion of the 17th International Agricultural Pleasure in Morocco (SIAM), he advocated tailor -made funds, the promotion of environmentally friendly innovation and support for reliable agricultural practices. In view of the challenges of the Agroforstwirtschaft “Water stress, erosion, desert formation, restricted access to resources”, Fikrat has required concrete measures: better water management, soil maintenance, development of renewable energies and evaluation of agricultural co -products. He remembered that the CAM has already used six devices to support this transition through advice, support and financing.
African minister of agriculture, researchers, financial institutions and development actors brought together this conference with a high level, which puts an African vision on the subject of “Agroforstei and climate sensitivity: an African vision”. It is part of the AAA initiative for African agriculture, which is adapted to the climate, in response to the crucial questions of nutritional security and sustainability on the continent.
