Government Council: draft laws, international agreements and program dates
This Thursday, a government council will meet under the chairmanship of Prime Minister Aziz Akhannouch to examine several legal texts and international agreements, according to an official press release.
The Council will begin consideration of a bill relating to the creation and organization of the Prison Administration Officials’ Social Work Foundation and its reintegration. Two draft decrees will follow: the first concerns the aggregation competitions for education and training, while the second concerns the amendment of the decree on the preservation of maritime mortgages.
Also on the agenda is the consideration of a framework cooperation agreement in the logistics sector between Morocco and Azerbaijan, signed in Rabat on November 13, 2023, as well as a draft law approving this agreement. An energy cooperation agreement signed on the same day is also discussed.
The meeting ends with the consideration and approval of proposals for appointment to senior positions in accordance with the provisions of Article 92 of the Constitution.
