Functional laboratory mothers over 30 should be carried out

Share some of my functional laboratories for mothers over 30.

Hello friends! How are you doing? What are you going to do this morning? I have a few calls, training and a podcast interview this afternoon.

Let us entertain about one of my favorite topics today: functional laboratory. (Friendly memory that this article is not a medical advice. I am not a doctor, and these are just a few of my favorite laboratories that can run with customers. Before you make health changes, contact your doctor.)

What are functional laboratories?

Functional laboratories go beyond the standard blood work, which you normally receive in the doctor’s office. While conventional laboratories are looking for illness or markers outside the area, the function test should assess how well their body works before Things go wrong. These laboratories can uncover the underlying imbalances in hormones, minerals, intestinal health, detoxification paths and more. The symptoms often become more serious.

In contrast to standard tests, functional laboratories often use non-traditional samples such as saliva, urine, stool or hair (instead of or additional blood). This enables a more detailed view of what happens at cellular and metabolic level. For example, a hair tissue -mineral analysis (HTMA) can have mineral imbalances and heavy metal toxicity, and a saliva cortisol test can depict your stress reaction during the day -things that you usually do not see in a routine blood plate.

These tests are incredibly valuable to create targeted protocols that support the healing in the basic cause instead of only treating symptoms. They can also be completed at home, which makes them super accessible.

Functional laboratories for mothers over 30

If you are a woman over 30 and have the feeling that your body does not react as he is – your energy is out, your sleep is inconsistent, your workouts do not work and your mood feels like a roller coaster – it is not in your head. It could be time to look under the bonnet!

Functional laboratory tests are one of the strongest things you can carry out for your health. Instead of guessing which supplements are taking or try diets, Test gives you data. There is clarity. It tells us where your body is out of balance and what is even more important, what we can do about it.

(It is worth noting here that these tests are not looking for diseases and are not used to diagnose diseases. Instead, examine defects and toxicities so that you can bring the body back into balance.)

These are the core function tests that I recommend for many of my mother friends over 30. These can be particularly helpful if they are in the 30s, 40s or beyond and want to be ahead of the symptoms as follows:

Hormonal imbalances

Fatigue and burnout

Weight gain (despite “all the right things”))

Mood fluctuations or anxiety

Problems with sleeping

Colon problems and flatulence

Hair loss or skin changes

My favorite -equilife -functional laboratory tests

1. Stress, mood and metabolism test

This is a gamechanger. The Stress, mood and metabolism The test gives us a snapshot of your sex hormones (such as estrogen and progesterone), its stress hormone (cortisol), your thyroid gland (TSH, T4, T3, Reverse T3, antibody) and key insulin and blood sugar markings.

Why it is important: these systems are deeply connected. If you have stubborn weight, fatigue, irregular cycles or mood swings, this test can show you the full image. Many women are surprised that their symptoms are associated with a sluggish thyroid function or a cortisolf functional disorder, and as soon as we know what is going on, we can create a targeted action plan.

2. Organic acid test (oats)

Imagine this as an internal message how your body actually works. The oats Viewed over 70 markers in connection with intestinal health, detoxification, neurotransmitter, nutrient levels, mitochondrial functions and even yeast or mold.

Why it is important: if you have mysterious symptoms that don’t seem to be connected – or you are only exhausted, foggy or constantly inflamed – this test is so helpful. It often reveals hidden imbalances that miss other standard laboratories and gives us a clear instruction where you can support your body with targeted nutritional supplements or protocols. This can be particularly revealing for autoimmune, digestive, skin and mood problems. Look at it here.

3. HTMA (hair tissue -Mineral analysis)

This is one of the most busy but incredibly valuable tests in functional medicine. The Htma Look at their mineral balance (such as magnesium, calcium, sodium, potassium and zinc) and toxic heavy metal exposure (such as mercury, lead and aluminum).

Why it is important: minerals are your body’s spark plugs. If you are out of balance – often due to stress, birth control, poor digestion or chronic infections – it can affect energy, metabolism, the thyroid gland and the detoxification paths. We also get an insight into the adrenal function and your nervous system. It is an inexpensive, non-invasive test that can offer massive insights, and it is often the one I start with.

4. IGG food sensitivity test

Although it is not always necessary for everyone, the sensitivity tests for food can be helpful if you have to struggle with unexplained flatulence, skin problems, joint pain or tiredness. Especially if these symptoms also exist with a clean diet.

Why it is important: Food sensitivities can create inferior inflammation in the intestine that can exceed the health of the hormone, immune response and energy. This test Can give us a temporary roadmap, which can be removed or reduced so that the intestine can heal.

Here is the big picture

These tests are not about perfection or “biohacking” in stress. It’s about getting answers. And from these answers, create a plan that feels sustainable and personalized for you.

With the right data you can:

Sleep better (and deeper)

Finally have steady energy again

Feel mentally clear and emotionally grounded

Same your hormones and improve the health of the cycle

Understand exactly what your body needs right now

Stop wasting money for additions that you don’t need
