I came back from Phoenix on Monday. Great trip. I was able to drive with my advertising on two sunny days afterwards, then the “River atmosphere” started again with a lot of wind with a lot of wind with two centimeters rain from Wednesday to Thursday morning. On Thursday morning there was a short interlude of lighter rain, so I crept into my upright riding in a little more than an hour and completed about 30 minutes in upper body training.
I had seen my doctor about them on Tuesday Olecranon Bursitis And have the ok to do the power of the upper body. She also put me on a low dose prednison to hopefully bring the elbow swelling, and I am wearing a compression shell on the elbow. If all of this is not repaired in a few weeks, I will be referred to a hand surgeon.
The rain started revenge on Thursday afternoon and is expected to continue today around noon. No complaints, we need the water! After that there should be a few sunny days, so I’m looking forward to much more pleasant riding.
